Quijota Septemberfest is a medium-bodied beer, very crystalline and with a wide range of tones going from golden to reddish orange.

It is characterized by the dominance of sweet lightly roasted malts, but candy taste remains mild, just balanced over a clean hop bitterness.

Turbidity is absent despite being unfiltered, owing to prolonged maturation over several months at very low temperatures, following the lead of the Bavarian masters.

This beer has white and persistent foam, forming a thin amber layer once served.
