Serve between 8 – 10oC

The character of the caramel malts is accentuated by the cinnamon from Sri Lanka used for its brewing. The result is an amber beer with soapy foam, and soft caramel and cinnamon aroma.

It is medium bodied, with balanced malt taste, toasted nuances in nose and mouth, and moderate bitterness and flavor owing to the noble hops used.

Very drinkable, thanks to the balance achieved between all ingredients used for brewing, and the alcohol is perfectly
integrated as a result.

Light beers with mild fruit nuances enhance spicy and toasted flavors, and add to spices such as thyme,  rosemary, pepper and saffron.

Belgian Pale Ale style beers are considered digestive drinks that may be enjoyed after meals, accompanying cheeses or desserts.
